Hi. I was diagnosed with stress headaches (dr used a differant term but mind blank!!) that turn into migraines a few years ago. they were on the low for a long time, but due to my DD's medical needs atm, they are back and really taking their tole on me.

I get a headache by 10 am and its a full blown migrain by 6:30pm. I take panadola, panamax, and a few other meds that only seem to make me tired, not actually tackle the problem of pain.

They are getting so bad I feel so sick all the time.

Any suggestions??? HELP!

Used to get them too. Ended up vomitting and having to get injections to stop.

Someone recommended an osteopath - I havent had one like it since. In fact Im such a proponent of osteo that she offered me a job:laughing:

People carry stress in different areas, for some its lower back pain, but for the most its in the neck, shoulders and upper thoracic and the headaches follow. I suggest you seek some treatment, you won't know yourself. Its better than drugs and a more long term management plan.

Believe me, I know the agony of them, lying around with a hot wheatbag on my neck, forehead in a dark room with lavendar oil on my temples, or migrastick rubbed on my neck and temples:dizzy:
