Hi everyone was wondering if you could give me a few ideas for some new meals for my toddler for dinner that me and my dp wouldnt mind eating also. We will all try anything once. so any ideas that she will find interesting enough to eat will be much appreciated.

Hi Charliesmummy,

Not sure what meals you already have, but some of my DS's favourites are:

Spaghetti Bolognese
Macaroni Cheese
Chili Con Carne
Home made pizza
Vegie Slice
Mild curry
Tuna pasta bake
Shepherds Pie
Anything with noodles (stir fry, noodle soup etc)
Fried Rice

That's all I can think of for now - maybe there are a few things in that list you haven't tried :).

Mine ate what we did.
so anything like sausages and vegies, spag bol, stir fries, steak and vegies(any meat and veg really) pasta bakes etc. I always give kids pasta or rice with every meal as well as veg/salad and meat. Depends on the age of your toddler as to any foods you should avoid. I also dont add salt or seasoning and I steer clear of garlic and chilli.

Rissoles or Meat Loaf, a great meal to hide vegies in!

We're the same as 34me, he eats whatever we are having for dinner whether it be curry and rice, spag bol, steak and veg, beef strog, cicken schnitzels etc

I'm looking for new ideas too though just for dinner, having a cook up today for bubs so more ideas for nearly 8 month would be great

sorry to hi jack your thread:)

I sometimes make fritter types of things for Bradley.

Grated potatoe
Bacon(or some other form of meat) - chopped up
Peas
Corn
Egg
Flour

Mix it all up till it is a medium consistancy then fry in a pan.

He loves them!

Full of goodness for him too so big plus
