Who's the best TV/Movie villain ever ??

I cast my vote for Mr Twinkles from Cats & Dogs "Evil does not wear a BONNET!" and i love how he says 'fiendish plan' and my very fave:

I think that cat on Cats and Dogs is funny though, when he's burning down some building, and locks his little servant-type cat in there. When he asks why, the mean cat says something like, "Because I hate you." Straight to the point and pretty hilarious! (I've only seen that movie once, and I don't really like it, but that line had me wetting my pants). :laughing:

Without a doubt, Alan Rickman's portrayal of the Sheriff of Nottingham in Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves. He utterly stole every scene he was in. "And cancel Christmas!"

I thought he was pretty fantastic in the first Die Hard movie, too.
