Prune Juice - Yeah!!!

Just wanted to post a great natural cure for constipation - DD2 has been straining for days and only producing hard little pea size poo's - after a dose of prune juice she has done three huge poos and is a happy little beggar again!!

I use Bickford's Prune Juice (in the juice aisle of supermarket) and dilute 50ml with 50ml of cooled boiled water - she skulls it and were cured!!:smiliedance:

P.S It was pretty fast too within a few hours she started pooing normally!

I used to use this too. I think it was in little jars but it worked a treat!
Otherwise I'd stew apples and prunes together and that worked wonders too. :thumbsup:
