No toilet paper that's fine you sometimes get that but no toilet roll holder in toilets didn't go through all toilets terrible, most of doors smashed and ugly burnt bins rubbish everywhere and its not stuff left over from today. What else park seat up on the start of jetty one side there the other side completely gone has half a danger ribbon wrapped around the bottom of pole.

I am whinge arn't I !!! :ecomcity: People are paying big bucks to live around there now and its look like that.
If they sorted that out I could go back. its a shame its a beautiful beach and the kids love the barges with the slide on it out deep.

Last time it was a real hot day and quite a few were on the jetty and a kid had mini-moterbike thing going up and down it. People were drinking and then leaving all their bottles, cans on the beach. This was 1pm in the day.]

:chillpill::chillpill::chillpill::chillpill: I'll will chill out now.

Ah okay...I didnt use loos and nope none of that damage when we went...bit like Woodman Point and Kwinana Beach - great beaches but vandalised to bits and things not fixed up so noone respects...we went to KB on boxing day at 5pm to fish and had to leave as soooooo many people drinking leaving bottles everywhere and diving off jetty and wobbling it - really scared kids and me too...the loos there were OMG too! Such a shame...wonder if it cos these beaches dont have lifeguards or anyone patrolling them that they get so bad?

Its sad :( it probably isn't maintained as its get vandelised straight after!!!

I went to Leighton beach on weekend nice they had the surf patrol there so that stops all the rif raf.The waves are a bit rough for toddlers though.

Let me know if you know some good spots at the beach for young toddlers

Rockingham is great for kiddlywinks :yelclap: and new loos too! The problem with some of the nicest beaches is the waves are too strong...thats why shame about Kwinana Beacha s really sheltered but jsut not looked after by the council...

Hello there, yes i was there but went bit earlier then i said i would & it was very windy so didn't stay as long as i thought i would. You know what, i have never really taken much notice of all the vandalism around but i guess once someone points it out it makes you sit back & really take a look. I've never had to use the toilets there as my aunty lives down the road so we usually go there before & then after for showers so I can't really comment on the state of them. I have only been to the park side a few times & found it to be quite fine, there where a few hooligans there but I think you get them everywhere so they didn't bother me. I guess when we go we don't look around much, it's straight down to the water, the kids swim across to the lower jetty's & barges to jump off. Probably the worst I've seen there is a couple of kids jumping off with their pushbikes & late on boxing day when we were leaving a few young ones were getting loud & noticed they were drinking, they had lifeguards on that day so i reported it but they said they couldn't do much themselves & rung the ranger instead. It is a shame it's getting so bad because i haven't found another beach like it, the thing about Coogee is that the water is so clear & clean, i get a bit paranoid about not knowing whats underneath me as do the kids so coogee is perfect for us, & generally the waves aren't too strong. If anyone knows of a beach similar please let me know & next time I recommend & meet i will try & suss the whole place out a bit better, sorry Docker that you didn't like it so much:(
