confused please help

i had a scan at 7 weeks and i was told i was having twins when i went for my scan at 12 weeks she wanted to do a internal scan which i didn't feel confotable haveing so i refused when she did the scan i dont think she looked all that hard but she said there was only one baby i still feel extreamly tierd i have three children already and have never felt this tiered before do you think it is possable she may have missed the other baby thanks sal

i would go for another scan..just to be sure. Especially since you already have three children..!

I think the reason they wanted to do an internal scan was to see if they could get a better angle to see the other baby.

I think you get a better view with a vaginal probe. If she'd done an internal scan she might have been able to locate the other baby.

If you're not comfortable with an internal I'd schedule another external scan and perhaps the babies will be in a different position this time.
