As I have been sitting here typing away with my 5 month old DD sitting on my lap, she has bee trying desperately to get her hands on the keyboard!
I think she must have something to share, so I thought I'd give her her own thread to get it off her chest!
Maybe your bubs could write back to her?
Better let her get started! She's getting antsy!

LOL! When I have my DS on my lap he is desperate to get to the keyboard, and when we let him at hit he bashes it for dear life, when he wakes up i'll get him to reply to Claire! :smiliedance:

That must have been all she wanted to say because somehow she even managed to hit the 'submit thread' button!!!! (TAB, then ENTER, I think it must have been!)
Now with the exception of helping her out a few times when she hit the ALT or CTRL keys, that was all Claire (and the noises she was making while typing were curiously like what was typed...!)
lol.. so cute.. Ds loves to type to, and put the pc on stand-by :laughing:
He is having his sleep, but i will get him to reply later on :thumbsup:

how cute and she was born on my birthday 11/5/ 1975 i was born , well i was born on mothers day so i'm a wonderful gift for my mum now i don't have to buy her anything for mothers day :D

Well my girls are 9/6 and you could understand there typing as they use computers at school and whats the fun in understanding what they are typing so i have my Dog Ringo on my lap he is 9 years old well 63 dog years he is a Maltese Terra x ok start typing Ringo mnm, ,khl, lb.blgvkjfdjfhdxhdxkgilhb;ljb;

:laughing: I love it!! I was showing Claire all the messages here for her this afternoon & she looked pretty excited, I can tell you! She's asleep now (as I should be!!) but maybe she will want to type something back tomorrow.
I'm glad all the kiddies (& mummies!) are enjoying this one!
PS: Looks like they have their own little language, doesn't it?! :ecomcity: :D

my bubs is 3 and is ALWAYS on my computer.. he knows how to turn it off and on and open things by clicking on them... it's so anoying...

Oh dear! There seem to be a few bubs getting upset when they get taken off the computer! Maybe they had more to say?! :ecomcity: :D
Well, I think I'd be upset too if my DH came and picked me up out of my seat while I was typing! :laughing:
Whenever we've been at home today, Claire has been asleep so maybe she'll come & type some more later tonight. If not she might get on tomorrow!

I have the same problem of Jade always wanting to hit 'that thing that mum hits' so I ended up giving her an old keyboard in front of the one I type on. She loves bashing away on it.
Next time she's sitting with me I'll let her use this one.. just so she can talk to you all.
We might have to open a 'babies only' section of the forum.

Hehe. I have a program on the computer called baby type. You can hit every single key and it doesn't make any programs pop up or turn the pc off or anything like that. Each button has a different picture and sound. My boys love it. Let me know if you'd like a copy and I can burn it and send it to you.

that program sounds like something my 8 month old son would love.. he enjoys hitting the keyboard lol.. i just don't like all the different programs etc popping up cause it is grandma's computer and i don't wanna do anything wrong...:laughing:
