I am going to Olympic Development Program in just under 2 months. I have never been before, but I know the general fitness level there is going to be very high. The only judgment I have of my own fitness right now is this: 2 miles in 15 min. I am looking for help on how to go about getting fit for ODP. I'm a goalkeeper, so I got selected without being especially fit. How to stay in good shape for next year's Track season? Any help, esp. from people who have been to ODP, will great appreciate.
