Im so sorry for your loss. I have been involved with SANDS for the past three years, and the support i have received has been invaluable. I highly recommend getting in contact with them. The coffee mornings/support nights are a fantastic way to start working through your terrible loss. They also have a great library and phone service.

Ring the office and ask for Liz. She is a gem.
