Indie is really biting down when BF and dribbling loads shes a little restless (she never cries or anything usually shes happy as) She is a bit warm too and her poos are quiet ammonia like smelling if thats the word to use. (the temp and poos started today the dribblings been for a week or so)

Anyhow shes 10 weeks it seems far too early to be teething dd9 and dd3 were like 11 mnths and ds was 5 months. i know that teething can go on for weeks before anything comes through its just that it seems so early.

How old were your bubs?

So true, I might get say 10 mins playtime out of her then it's back to bed. I can't believe how big she is already, growing out of bonds 000 things.

DS was 6 months when he got his first tooth but the dribble was amazing! It started at a few months from memory.

My mum said that I got my first tooth at three months.

:hissy: I dont want her to get teeth yet

I know ds drooled for months too but the girls just had a bad night and bingo they were out. Maybe its just a combination of her fighting the boobs etc its just so much like teething, from what i remember it was like anyhow :)

Some babies are BORN with teeth - so teething can start in the womb.

Its unusual though - and a temperature isn't a sign of teething, its a sign of illness. Also, its normal at about Indie's age (about 3 months or so) for babies to start dribbling a LOT and putting everything in reach in their mouths - its actually a developmental marker, and not necessarily indicative of anything except that she's developing normally.

ya never know, she could be  definetly not heard of. My dd has been excessivly drooling for awhile now and everything else related to teething (except the extreme crankyness) Im wondering if she will ever acctually get them:hair:.
Maybe if your worried about biting when they come through you could get nipple shields? might help
