We took the boys there yesterday and had the best day, we ended up getting the year membership well worth it I think. I am going to take them again somtime this week good thing to do on a rainy day.
So if you live close enough keep the train museum as somwhere fun to go thats not to pricey.

We go there lots, it's fantastic! :D
There are a few of us on BH who go, we should organise a meet up there some time.

Yeah - we got the annual membership too but it wasn't our best day - short tempers all round on a very hot day. But did you know you get in free to the Sciencentre at South Bank with your Rail annual pass?

The Thomas exhibition was there last year.
Not sure, if they have another one.

That's the only time we went there and our 3 yo loved it. I would go there more often but it's a bit too far away.

ETA: just had a look on the website of the workshop railmuseum and it looks like they're back..
Looks like we have to make another trip to the museum

Not sure, if I'm allowed to post the link. I'll do it, if it's not allowed, a mod can delete it.

Yes I did see somthing about that we are waiting for our card to come as we only joined yesterday I think its worth the money as a year is only twice the entry.
