Hi, I had my 2 kids at Port Macquarie hospital, best hospital I've been too. I'm now in Qld though. I had my youngest at Logan Hospital and was very disapointed. If I was still down there I would've liked to meet up with you all.:smiliedance:

There is an indoor play centre called Jumbos, its really great for kids.
Off the top of my head i cant think of anything else.

I'm not from Port, but am looking to have a little holiday there soon.

Was wondering if you guys have any contact details for the new "Port Jet boat" rides???
I have googled but nothing!

Also, anyone reccomend Accomodation that is sort of central, and walking distance to eveything you'de need? It will just be me and DH, so looking at spoiling ourselves with 4 or 5 star accom!

Any other ideas for things we could do while there?

Ok you would definatly want to stay at Rydges (http://www.rydges.com/hotel/0/RNPMAC/Rydges-Port-Macquarie.htm). It is smack bang in the centre of town. Over looks the river, gorgeous!
