It has been a very exciting week in our house with our special little guy doing some cool stuff...

He is walking ! :smiliedance:
He has gotten his fourth tooth! :D (OK, so it makes his mouth look a little lopsided, but sooooo cute...)
We have dropped our lunch time b/feed without even trying! :chef: Its been so lovely and he is SUCH a joy that I just had to have a little brag to y'all... :ecomcity:

Hi Nicole

Yeah walking what a big boy!!!

First Id like to say Ive always found your advice really spot on and helpful.
Im still BF twins and was wondering what feeds you are doing now with Andrew, I think my two are starting to loose interest in some of the feeds, not sure where to go next. Am doing 3 feeds a day after each meal (except breaky when we do it first.
PS sorry to take over your thread

Ohh thank you! Now I feel all warm and fuzzy! :hugs:

Andrew was starting to lose interest in the lunch feed, so at the beginning of the week I offered him a brand new exciting straw cup (different to the ones he has for water) with cows milk in it. Now he is guzzling that milk at lunchtime and doesn't care for a b/f anymore. Very exciting - I feel like a free woman!! I don't mind keeping the early morning and before bedtime ones....they are always the best ones :D

I'm in awe of you feeding twins...I can only imagine! What a legend you are! :yelclap:

Thanks for that, Might keep it up till they are one and try the cows milk too.

Love those feeds as well, not ready to stop all together either! Will have to play that by ear.

How lovely to hear!
We have had a nice week too. DD1 has started playing imaginary games - ones where Mummy has to do things like sit on a rock and put on a seatbelt 'cause the rock has wheels and we are driving to the moon - all very cute!

DD2 has decided that bubbas are her thing so she has been putting the baby doll to bed all over the house for hours on end - also very cute. They have both been very cuddly, very chatty and very cute.

Then to top it all off DH came home after two weeks away - so a nice week all round!

Thanks for sharing Nic!
