Hi all. We have not long moved nearer to Melbourne and today we ventured into the big smoke:laughing:We ended up lost:rolleyes:and took the Citilink on the way back. Now its a toll road so how do we pay our tolls? Do they click ya and send you a bill or something:confused:

You will get fined if you don't ring them within 24 hours of using the tolls.
It is a $100 fine.

I think you can ring up and pay it with 24 hours or something, otherwise you get a bigger bill (its a bit like the mornng after pill!!)
I live in Melbourne but always avoid going on it - dont need an e tag as we know how to avoid using it.
Sorry I don't know who to ring though

go to a shell servo and buy a all day pass they are like $8 or something, then just ring them for peace of mind and say you bought one as soon as you got it, remember to keep them in a safe place so if ever you get an account or bill you have it as proof
You can also pay them online....

The $100 fine has been abolished (I had a few of those!) and you now get sent an invoice for the cost of the toll plus admin costs. It's about $19. Still more than paying the toll but not so painful!
