DS is 21 months and he is usually a shocking sleeper during the day.
He likes to sleep for about 1.5 - 2 hours but it's getting him to sleep that is the problem I have to rock, pat, sing, etc.
Today I was feeling a bit tired so I put a mattress in his room and put him in his cot and lay down on the mattress. I could hear him walking around in his cot and playing with his teddy and his music thingy attached to his bed and then he suddenly stopped.
I turned around and he was asleep on his belly. It was so cute.
If I can keep that up every day, that's the day and night sleeps sorted! :D
At night - he goes to bed willingly!
