Still bleeding

Its been 12 days now of spotting. Today it turned a dark red/brown colore. I had a bhcg yesterdayand it came back positive, have to have another on Monday! u/s showed a sac am 5weeks, 1 day

Thank you. Im not sure somewhere between 5-6 weeks. My cycle hasnt been the same since I had my bub 11 mths ago.
