Townsville with 3 year old

Hi All,
My name is Christie, and I am going to be visiting my brother in Townsville. He is in the army and I will be visiting him in the Easter school holidays this year. I am from Sydney and was wondering if there is any activites, places I should see while I am there. I am taking my 3 year old son with me, my brother has no kids so I was really after a parents point of view.

Hi Christie,

There are a few places that might be suitable.

* Freckles Fun Factory
* Maize Mania
* Strand Water Park
* Reef HQ (Kinda like Underwater World)
* Various kids parks around Townsville

I am sure their are other places but as i don't have a 3 year old (yet) i don't really know whats suitable and whats not. Those are ones that i can think of off the top of my head.

If you'd like you might be able to come along to our Mothers Group which is on Thursdays. There is a few older kids that your son would be able to play with. Just keep in touch with us!

Some of the other girl might be ablet to suggest so other fun things.
