My nearly 1yo is lactose intollerant. I'm looking for lactose free recipes for her party as well as any everyday lactose free recipes as I'm running out of ideas.

Thanks in advance.

You can use just about any recipe and make it lactose free. Liddles have a range of lactose free products and I just substitute when necessary for my second eldest.

They have milk which is long life and comes in full cream, low fat and skim, and they have cream (haven't tried whipping it so don't know if it whips or not) both are in the long life milk section at woolies or coles. They also have Margarine and Yoghurts in the cold dairy section.

Vaalia(sp) also make a nice lactose free yoghurt.

and Pauls have a lactose free low fat milk called parmalat which is also in the long life milk section.

No one has ever been able to tell the difference when i have made things substituting with lactose free products. Although it would be best to play around a little depending on what your making as their milk tastes alot sweeter than normal milk so you may have to adjust sugar content in recipes if they taste to sweet.

hope this helps
