I like Eve and May. I know it is kind of old fashioned but I do like Jane, nice middle name. Kate is nice too. That is about al I can think of at the moment.

I thought of another one, a bit different Tyne. I don't mind it but it isn't my style. How about Niahm pronounced neve I think. Sian just came to mind. Am cooking with gas here:smiliedance:

My dd's middle name is Skye.
I also like: Grace, Elle, Bree and Jade thats all i can think of.

Love the name Eve and even more so Eva. So feminine and pretty.

Cant imagine a big ugly ten ton tessie with that name.

I got interrupted part way through my list - I have to say that Grace is a fave with us - DD1 has it as her second name.
I also like Rose.
Other one syllable names (whether I like them or not) include Joy, Rae, Jude, Meg, Anne, Fay, Sue, Joan, Jean, and Tyne (have just looked through some authors on my bookshelf near the computer!)

Someone has already mentioned Sage (I LOVE it, it means "wise")

I also love Jaye, Jayne (doesn't almost everyone have Jane or a variant as a middle name :D ), Maeve is also divine...
