Worried about my partner ..

He's referring to the baby as "him" already ..
I'm so sure it's a girl and I'm worried that he's going to be distant if it is ...
I didn't really want to find out what we're having but I think for his sake we need to.
Any ideas on ways I could get him to be comfortable with having a girl?
Has anyone elses partners been disappointed with a girl?

My DH was hoping for a boy with our 4th to even the score a little and i was in a way too but honestly i was happy with anything really. I was freaking thinking omg what if he is really unhhappy.

When i had her he goes I got another boy, lol it was the umbilical cord...he seemed dissapointed and h was very distant from bubs for about 4 weeks which really upset me. He now has accepted it though i think as indies first real smile was to him...we have talked about it now and his stoked. He more so wanted a boy for ds worried he will turn gay or some cr@p due to too much female influence lol.

If you want a suprise dont find out, its easier to deal with when bubs is out than stew on it for months. Talk to him though make a few comments you may have a girl etc just to get the idea in his head maybe
