what age is it ok to introduce meat and poultry?
You'd think I'd remember seeing how ds is my 3rd:o

I was told around 7 months old

I started introducing small amounts of meat to dd when he was 6 months.

I would mash it in with sweet potato and other veges. I was always careful with chicken though as i found that it constipated all of my kids.:rolleyes:
