Hey there

When I was very pregnant with DS I read an article in cosmo pregnancy about *I think* holistic pregnancy, where you eat a certain diet and do certain types of exercise etc to give your baby the best start and prepare your body for labour and birth.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

I remember thinking "I'm doing that the next time!" now I can't even remember what it's called!

TIA! :D

Not sure which you're exactly referring to, but the 3 books I highly recommend are:

"Magical Beginnings, Enchanted Lives" by Deepak Chopra
"Hypnobirthing" by Marie Mongan
"The Natural Way to a Better Pregnancy" by Francesca Naish

These were my bibles. Throw out all the other outdated and negative books that everyone recommends!! (Such as that "What to Expect..." and Kaz Cooke rubbish ;)) LOL, I'll probably put a few noses out of joint saying that, but as with anything you get what you focus on...

Thanks for that, I think the last one rings a bell :detective:

I read a few bits of Kaz Cookes one when I was preggie, couldn't afford to buy it :o I thought it was good for a laugh, but not really what I was looking for in terms of information.

I'll have to take a trip to the library this week!
