Hello Everyone
Just wondering whether anyone else is feeling like me or its just me :( I am 12 and a half weeks pregnant have been suffering bad morning sickness since week 5. i was vomiting a average 5 times a day and constantly nauseous and now this week and part of last week it was started to ease up only vomiting about once a day but I feel incredibly sick. I cant leave the coach my headache is always there im light headed I have no energy I feel as if I am going to faint constantly basically its different to the nausea i feel as if I am Very Very Ill and not pregnant . Just wondering of anyone feels like this at all? I have had no problems with my pregnancy and Im just wishing I was feeling on top of the world instead of this miserablly sick, Im just having a whinge cause I just feel like I cant take it anymore
Aww you poor thing. I had morning sickness (all day sickness more like it!) but not as bad as you! I was nauseas and only vomited a few times, and man I was sooo tired and felt like SH**! I had it from around week 6 to week 15. Keep up the vitamins and lots and lots of water! You don't want to dehydrate!!! I really feel for you, it's bloody hard going through it and you don't really feel preggers hey :crying: you just feel miserable. Fingers crossed it's only temporary :fingerscrossed:
Maybe to keep your mind off it (oh yeh lol) get a stack of magazines and crossword books?! I'm not sure what you are into, I suppose surfing the net is good too! :p
I feel for you I really really do...
I vomited all day and all night every day up until 19weeks..
I remember crying because I felt dso sick, lonely and Isolated!
I ended up going in and out of hospital and the only thing that worked was the hospital gave me zofran to stop the vomitting... it was the only thing that worked! I feel like it saved my life and my sanity.. not to mention probably my job becasue I had used up all my sick days and holidays!
I really hope you feel better soon! Make sure you keep your fluids up and get fresh air when you can... I remember once I slept out the back on a bench in the middle of winter because I needed air (it was during the day) and DH came home and was like
I had very bad MS with DS and ended up in hospital 3 times. It could be that you are a little dehydrated from the constant vomiting and this is why you feel like this.
Very low BP can be caused by dehydration and will make you feel very dizzy and light headed.
Go and see your Dr and they can check for dehydration.
Hope you feel better soon:hugs:

Thank you so much for lending a ear and responding. Its nice to have your support and encouraging words when you feel like no one else wants to hear it and you just want to cry:crying: However today was amazing I went to work for the whole day and did not even feel sick for one minute so maybe the worst is over hopefully. anyway:fingerscrossed: Well I am 13 wks and starting so I’m in the 2nd trimester. I m hoping I am going to be one of those lucky people where m/s leaves in the 2nd trimester!! Thanks again guys Im sure if you all got through it I will too! There is light at the end of the tunnel I just cant wait

i was :barf: 24/7 since around 2 weeks pregnant til even a few mins after my babies were born. My 9 months of pregnancy were yucky & stressful but all so worth it in the end.:D
I so understand where you are coming from I was just the same all three times! I once vomited 11 times in one day and just wanted to die. But it did get better after about 14 weeks. Even though it is hard m/s sickness won't harm your baby. I had to take about 3 weeks off work and just rest/sleep which made me feel better. The only things that helped me was brewed ginger beer and icy things like icy poles, slurpees etc.
Best wishes to you and I hope it passes quickly:hugs:

You poor thing....
I was sick from day 1!!!!! I litteraly dont move, eat, drink for the first 14-15 weeks!!!! I was so unwell. I couldnt even get out of bed to go to the bathroom or even have a shower...... Every time I looked at my poor DP I owuld nearly vomit!!:barf:
The good news is that it DOES STOP!!! Im 18 weeks this coming week and Im great!!! I still get the occasional gag moments and cant cook (ohhh dear poor me lol) but i feel so much happier and more energetic- tired but hey ANYTHING beats that "All day sickness"
Hope you start to feel better REALY soon!!!! I found vegemite toast (NO BUTTER)worked well for me and dry 2min noodels- cant stand em now though......
Youll be up and about before ya know it...take it easy and just relax:thumbsup:

the good news is you do get over it and you soon forget about it even if it seems like you want. I WAS EXTREMELY SICK ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT FOR 6 MONTHS. Not a nice feeling but when it finally passes you will feel ontop of the world and will forget all that nasties!
