Baby Bjorn

Hi, does anyone know at what age it's a good time to turn bubs around in the Baby Bjorn carriers? DS seems to want to look around a lot (4 months), but then he also wants to put head on my chest and fall asleep when he chooses to. So not sure weather I should try him other way around yet? Also, anyone's bubs hate the pram whilst out shopping? Can't get DS to settle in the pram when he's tired, but he'll happily settle in Baby Bjorn.
