Just wanted to share with you all that if you are suffering from leg cramps during pregnancy, I have found that taking 1 magnesium tablet a day = no more cramps.

Just wanted to share this as I suffered badly in my last pregnancy..........

Hi I just wanted to add if you are severely deficient in magnesium you will require a magnesium powder. Only available from a naturopath or another health provider. I had to take it with both of my last pregnancies. Once your levels has built back up and you're back on track a regular mag pill would prob work to keep you balanced. My leg cramps were crushing, I'd wake up in the middle of the night with the front of my calves, the back of my calves and all my toes in cramp. Was in so much pain and couldn't work out which bit to try and take pressure off first!

You can get calcium tablets with magnesium in them. Kill 2 birds with one stone that way. They worked really well for me.
