Hi all, I have 3 gorgeous nieces who are 8, 11 and 14 and I've been so busy with a sick bub, working and a million other things that I'm out of time to buy pressies!!

Help!! We don't want to spend a fortune, maybe around $15-20 each, as other years we've gone a bit overboard and this year we're skint.

8yo maybe some books or i know my dd9 loves hair ties and girly things in Big w they have this little cosmetic bag (14.99) its got a brush, mirror, loads of hair ties, bracelets, hair clips etc and it looks really really fancy i got her one as i know she will love it.

What about a nice handbag or something for the older ones i have a cousin whos into that and you can get cheaps nice ones in target if you look hard enough.

A cd voucher? Umm something nice and funky for their bedroom? A diary?

Just thinking my mine likes

Hope that helps :)

I have three nephews of similar ages and we have bought them a cinema ticket each.
You could get them a voucher each for their favourite store or a gift card through visa etc... The post office have heaps of gift cards for every imaginable shop.

I just did the same for my young cousins, i figured its expensive these days to take the family to the movies and popcorn etc...

I like the movie ticket idea. Another one, if they have MP3 players is and itunes card for $20 - the modern equivalent of a CD voucher.

Oh my, you guys are great! Fab ideas! I especially like the movie ticket thing, because I'm stuck for my sis and her DP too - they can use them as a family, or with their friends. Most excellent. The older ones have ipods, but I know they buy itunes cards with pocket money.

Thanks again!

I would say a westfield voucher if there is one near them, that way they can go to any shop in the centre and pick something.
