Hi
I was hoping you can help me somewhat. I am having to investigate the process of transferring our mortgage and land title into my husbands name. We bought the house as tenants in common on a 50% - 50% basis. I need to remove my name and just transfer it to his if possible. Do you know if this incurs fees and charges on a mortgage? Will we have to pay stamp duty again??
Would really be helpful to have any info or be pointed in the right direction.
