just put my DS down for his morning nap and he's in his cot playing with his puppy and kitten toys which this had been going on for the last 15 mins.
couldn't separate myself from the computer so I yelled out for him to settle down and stop playing and go to sleep. Everything went silent and then all I can now hear is him pretending his snoring.
aren't they just precious :hugs:

Hi MarthaM & Firstbub,
yeah they are just adorable at this age the things they say.
DS was jumping off the lounge again the other night and DH told him not to do it because he's come a cropper a couple of times doing it and DS said to DH "I sorry Daddy, be happy".
we'll all DH could do was laugh - it was just so funny - I couldn't keep a straight face either.

Sweet :) It's so hard not to laugh sometimes with what they say or do, especially when you really should be discipliining them!
My DD can be conned into giving me kisses and hugs if I put on a sad face :D

 He's just so cute you should write it down in a scrap book .yeah I write it down in a book but I'll put it in a proper one once I do some scrapbooking classes and get some ideas for a "memory book" - so many precious little memories and if you don't keep them in years to come you'll forget them all

Adelaidemandy and Killakaz, treasure every moment you have with your little darlings once they are born because believe me they just grow so quickly and when they get to my DS age you will want them to be new babies all over again.
I remember when our DS was only a couple of months old I couldn't wait for him to say his first words and then starting his solids, his first tooth, then sitting up, then crawling, walking, talking etc but now even though I love each new day with him because it just keeps getting better I wish I could keep him small forever.:hugs:

i just LOVE being there to see each new stage of a child's life! :D
i saw EVERY development of my SIL's little one (who's now 4) & i was probably more excited than her own mother! lol.
i plan on buying a GOOD digi. cam to record as many precious moments as i can for my little one, once she's born ;) i've been busy saving most of my pay for the last month or more just so i can afford a hard drive one (amongst the other things i need to buy)! ;)
