Has anyone ordered Blueberry's off the sale??

I got my email & got all excited ready to spend far to much money & on the bottom of the page there is a note saying they are not taking international orders!! (something to do with lost mail at this time of year):crying:

Has anyone ordered off them from the sale??

Do you think it would work if I emailed them & ordered but asked them not to send through the order till the new year??

I really wanted to grab a bargin :crying::hissy:

Well this is the email they sent me, It looks like it's a no go:crying::eek:

I'm so sorry, but not shipping international orders, especially to countries where we have retailers, will be a permanent change. Please see the information here: http://www.blueberrydiapers.com/aboutus/Customer_Service/intl (http://www.blueberrydiapers.com/aboutus/Customer_Service/intl)

I was another that was p!ssed about this.
I had only put in an order with them on Tuesday i think it was and then got the email from them on Wednesday about the sale.

Although i must admit i was relieved when they said it was no international shipping as i had just purchased 8 nappies from them, and would have been able to get 16 in the sale.

They have however emailed me saying that my order has been shipped??
So i wonder when these new terms are coming into play?

I wanted to order some to and while i know why they are doing this i thinks its unfair we miss out on the sale, i have sent a question asking if our australian stockist have the sale to so its fair otherwise i believe its unfair we miss out on such a brillant bargin. I got some a few weeks ago and i had them within 1 week n a bit no problems. ITS UNFAIR. Tj i think they are in play because when u try to do a order it wont let u go past the shipping page there is nothing there to select. I suspect there is another motive to this but maybe i am wrong.

the Aussie stockist weren't selling their products

a friend of mine asked to stock them and they have HUGE marks that you have to fill in order to meet their high expectations for a stockist

and considering the prices here was over 10 more expensive i can see why people were still buying them from America

so all the want you to do is pay more for their product, and why should b pay such a higher price for them? for he exact same item?

they have terrible business skills and i will not be dealing with them again!

this is not right

difference in price would be freight to Australia, shipping insurance, customs duties etc, convert to AUD, plus add 10% GST onto the total.
Manufacturers have a much larger profit margin, to be able to offer all sorts of special deals, sales etc. Expecting wholesalers to be able to match those sort of offers, on top of international shipping etc, is slightly optimistic.
I would think that making a decision to not lose thousands in shipping and lost products was pretty sound business skills. Especially for areas where there is already a reseller.
throw soft objects only please, but I can absolutely see why these decisions would have been made.

I disagree. I am very upset that they have put a stop to international orders. I had tried to order up big, only to find this out. I am sure they will be losing heaps of money now. People will think twice before ordering from Oz, because they are just too expensive. I think it is just not good enough, and I am mad!!!
