Ok...seeing as though I'm on CSIRO...I'm going to start living vicariously through you guys!
So here's the McDonald's Big Mac sauce recipe for you all to try...think of me eating my salads as you find weird and wonderful dishes to put this on...
***Disclaimer...this is not a sauce to be eating if you're watching your weight. It's not healthy, it's not low in fat or carbs...it's simply 'sometimes food'!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons French dressing
4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 Tablespoon finely minced white onion
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
2. Place sauce in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, or overnight, so the flavours blend. Stir the sauce a couple of time as it chills.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
Enjoy!:chef: :( <---that's me!
