Im trying to convert my sister
I have made her two pockets with microfleece inners.
I was going to cut out some scraps of the mircofleece and give them to her as liners, can she use them in the pockets, or will it repel the wee.
What else can we use as liners?

Liners are laid underneath bubs butt and bits to draw the moisture away and not for stuffing in pockets. Fleece isn't good enough to be used as inserts and boosters.

Microfleece is totally fine or polarfleece. Or if you want something with anti bacterial properties then raw silk liners are the way to go.

sorry, that must have sounded confusing. What i meant to say, is if she needs to use nappy cream for a rash, is it okay to use mircofibre liners to stop the cream from going on the mircofibre of the nappy?

Yeah that was a little confusing  Not to worry.

It's fine to use the microfleece liners with nappy creams and powders. Better than going on the actual nappy itself. :)

Thanks
My question, will it repel wee being two layers of mircofibre togther?

it's more likely to repel with 2 layers of microfleece together. it won't always repel, depends on the fit of the nappy, force of the wee, etc etc. but it is more likely to repel, especially with a girl (boys tend to have their bits up against the fabric of the nappy, so it often goes through more forcefully)
she could use flushable liners if needed if she needs to use cream.

I wouldn't... it will still go over everything in the wash.
Encourage her to change to Curash powder, or simply just cornflour to help with rashes- no oily residue whatsoever. Plus the fleece lining in the nappy (do you mean microfleece?) is the liner itself, no need for another one.

Microfiber- absorbant, good for nappy inners.
Microfleece- polyester, not absorbant, good for lining nappies or pocket inners (not the stuffing)
Suedecloth-polyester, not absorbant, good for lining nappies or pocket inners (not the stuffing)
