my oldest daughter went through something like that when she was 3, so the only way she would have a bath was with bathers for a little while and then she just grew out of it not long after. hopefully ive helped:)

My DD is only 7 months so I've got a while before I experience anything like that. However...I just have a few suggestions...they don't really have any experiences to back them...they're just things that "may" be the problem.

*Is she mirroring anyone's behaviour? If she has older siblings, or any other family members for that manner, who don't want people to see them naked, she might just be following their lead.

*Has anyone she feels uncomfortable with changed her clothes or bathed her? Perhaps she has a fear of getting naked because she remembers that that person was there when she was naked once. Sounds a bit bogus..but you never know.

*Has anyone talked to her about her "private parts" and how they are not for other people to see or touch? If anything like that's been suggested to her, maybe she's just acting on that suggestion. She won't understand that there ARE exceptions.

Just a few ideas...

I was the same way as a child, but it was because of sexual abuse. I'm not saying that is the case here *hug* but you need to look into all possibilities.
I also remember being :o about being naked when puberty started, but your DD is too young for that.
A simple coment that made her feel a bit "icky" could have caused the problem.

I hope she feels more comfortable with her body soon *hug*
