You poor poor thing. I was just like you and it is so debilitating. I so understand but it will pass eventually. The only thing that help me was icy things. Things like frozen drinks, icy poles, crushed ice. Very temporary help but at least it was something.

I did a lot of lying down and eating mints, they actually helped. Odd I know but if it works. I also used the sea sick bands.
Mine really only hung around for about 5 weeks, I still get a little sick in the afternoons and have to lie down. But its not as bad as it was. It was always worse if I didn't get enough sleep.:hugs:

This is straight out of my Fruit / Vegetables as Medicine book
Morning sickness :
beetroot is great formulation for morning sickness . grate the beetroot and combine it with natural yogurt.
drink mild ginger tea :ingredients:1 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger 1 cup of boiling water , Method: place the grated ginger into a cup and pour boiling water over it , allow to draw for ten minutes, strain and drink, or purchase from your local supermarket or health food store.
eat small regular meals of fresh un- processed foods.
reduce fatty foods.
reduce highly sweetened foods.
well i hope this helps you poor thing.:hugs:
Like Brooke I was in and out of hospital with MS and eventualy put on Zofren(a very strong anti nausea drug).
My advice is to go and see your GP the last thing you want is to be dehydrated. They can give you Maxalon ( tablets or injection) while you are pregnant.
Hope things improve soon:fingerscrossed:

I found the cure was giving birth.
You will survive it!
Meanwhile, though, whilst you're feeling miserable....the acupuncture bands worked for me ...for a while.

So true mammamia. That was the only cure I found but can vouch for the bands as well. I actually had a tummy bug the other day & had really bad nausea & since Charlotte was born I've been saying to DH I definately want one more & I want them close in age(haven't decided how close yet) & with the reminder of that feeling I was like 'NO WAY'!
Oh well Good Luck

Try to eat something or have tea with some sugar before you get out of bed in the morning. I found that if i had a cuppa and some toast before i got up and about helped - Hopefully you have a good man that will make it for you. My DH would leave me a cuppa and toast when he left at 5am - I had that and went back to sleep.

I went to a homeopath recently and he made up some drops for me. Within a few days I was considerably better, now I feel almost normal.
Previous to that, I was in hospital, had maxalon injections and they wanted me to take medication to ease the nausea that could 'possibly cause birth defects'
I refused to take it (obviously), and decided to try a natural approach as the first option. It was a good decision.
I had been pretty much unable to get out of bed for months, but now am human again. I wish I'd seen the homeopath sooner.
theres a product made by bach flowers, its called crab apple. a natural remedy. my sister was telling me it worked for her. u get it from health shops i think.

I too had the all day sickness and I found Blackmore's Morning sickness formula really helped (has ginger in it, so anything else with ginger will help).
I also found having a dry biscuit when I first woke in the morning, before getting out of bed also helped (but the rustling of paper each morning annoyed DH  ).
Snacking on almonds is good and I found eucalyptus lollies made the nausea subside slightly (weird I know)
