My uterus feels SO HEAVY!

Is anyone experiencing that? I was 15 weeks as of Monday, and its only started happening in the last few days....the best way that I can describe it is like I've got a full bladder - only its in the wrong spot, and I don't actually need to go to the toilet....

I'm hyper aware of my uterus all the time ATM! Just wondering if I'm a freak, or if other people are going through the same thing?

Dont think i have a heavy uterus, but I am feeling well and truely bloated. My denile has ended and i have finally realized that i WILL have to buy some maternity pants.

Im finding it just a tad bit tricky cleaning under the bed, and getting the dishes out of the back bottom of the dishwasher. I know its going to get much worse, but i might just pass full responsibility for those tasks onto DP :D he's going to have to get used to sooner or later!

LOL, :laughing: yes, I tried to explain it to my DH last night - he just looked at me like I was an idiot....No clue (mind you, there are some physical sensations that he experiences that I couldn't begin to imagine either! :p)

The funny thing is, I've actually LOST some weight, and my pants, although they're getting a LITTLE tight are still fitting quite comfortably...I DO need maternity TOPS though, the top of my belly has been pushed out, I guess by everything pushing up from underneath. My body shape is actually quite odd ATM :p

yip, me too! Im still 2kg down on my starting weight. it feels so strange to have lost weight but be getting bigger.

yep, i have that feeling - a heaviness in the pelvis, sometimes quite strong feeling like you described

i sorta like it because it reminds me I'm pregnant and not just fat right now!

When i step out of the shower we have a bath shower combined.. i feel its really heavy... im 16weeks as of tues!

Mine feels very tight. Like when I twist my body it feels too stretched. Also my stomach muscles hurt when I stretch too far. Am no longer reaching up high at work. Funny though - I manage a furniture/homewares shop and I can no longer: lift anything heavy (most stock!) or reach up high, walk anywhere near our candle, diffuser, insense displays! I should consider a change of occupation!!!
