OK.. so tried to get a prescription for motilium as my baby wont breast feed and I want to keep giving at least 3-4 bottle EBM a day. but my supply is being hampered by only expressing. I am taking Fenugreek and drinking lactation tea.

I really want to increase my supply .. my health nurse has told me that motilium work, but I cant seem to get a prescription. WHY??????????

Why can't you get a prescription?? What do you mean?? You went to a doctor and s/he said NO??? Go to a different doctor!!

Yes I took motillium when I was having problems with my milk supply. GP asked me if my supply was dropping and supplied it. She then told me if I didnt find any improve to come back as there was another one that can work.

But no never had a problem getting a script and I seen maybe a couple of Drs (as differnt places) renewing the script

I told my dr that the CHN had said I should have it, he asked a couple of questions and gave me a script. what is the prob with you getting it?

I'd really push with your Dr
I took at when my milk first came in- well rather didn't come in.
It worked a treat- combined with lots of feeding and expressing.
The trick is once you're on it, not to stop taking it suddenly or you're back to square 1.
