Hey - I posted a while ago about making carepacks for the Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia. The trip co-ordinator has asked me for an update on what's been donated and the weights and whether I'm expecting more stuff to arrive etc.

So I am wondering... I have had a number of people pm me for the address to post stuff to, and am wondering if you are planning to send something if you could pm me and let me know. Thanks a truck load!!! :thumbsup:

We have had a brand new OMRON MC - 510 Ear Thermometer donated by a bubhub mum, so now I am needing Probe Covers (Gentle Temp 510 Series MC - Probe Type J) and Batteries (Lithium CR 2032 3V DC) for that for the orphanage/Godanaw project.

I am also needing more light bracelets/necklaces or claw clip type things, for the care packs - after the jewelry I now have enough donations for the care packs and just need some extra large organza bags to put them in.

Anything for the young mums, and babies in the Godanaw project is needed too. Clothes for mums and babies, sealed lotions, bandaides etc... anything like that...

so do you mean like just plastic jewellery. like something i can get from crazy clarks, or were you thinking something else.

i can go to the bargain city type shops tomorrow and look for organza bags or some clips. is that ok do you reckon.

i'm a bit excited now.......

yeah - I got a heap of those claw type clips iykwim... 10 in a pack they are nice bright colours, and a lovely bubhubian sent some other real pretty clips and some elastic type bracelets with plastic beads.... and I've also got some fluro clips the type like they use at the hairdresser to keep your hair up when they are cutting it.. you know where you squeeze the end and it opens up like a pair of tongs. Anything like that....
