Crazy legs-help!

Help!

This only happens when we put Ds to bed at night.He kicks his legs up in the air constantly on the cot rails & is very restless until he falls into a deep sleep.He has woken himslef up because of this.

Is this normal? Does anyone else has this problem? Someone has told me it's his nerves but I'm not sure about this. This has been happening on & off for a couple of weeks.

Any ideas? Ds has just turned 1.

mine all loved to kick their legs up i would find them crutching themselves between the cot rails etc but if they were asleep they didnt even care :) i would say its pretty normal though

oh yeah thats normal lol my dd has a major case of crazy legs, I swear shes gunna be a runner:laughing:
Try a sleep positioner, and a snugsuit/grobag is always good because they cant kick the blankets off then:thumbsup:
