Does anyone out there buy nappies off the internet.
I'm talking disposable, and I'm talking huggies.
My dear MUM has been harrassing me to buy them off the internet for a while now. I thought I'd try it. I just ordered some and am already convinced I've done the wrong thing/been ripped off but there you go.
Any positive on line nappy purchasers out there?

I don't know if you are talking about a dedicated online store, but I am going to purchase nappies through my online supermarket. We have bananablue in Adelaide, which you don't have in WA, but maybe there is an alternative?
I can't see how you could go wrong. Might be a little more expensive(?) but saves having to take bubs out shopping and lugging those massive packs from the shops to home.
Hope it goes well

Hi mumkc and rnjboyce,
I have just ordered them on line thru the 'bulk warehouse' which I found from bub hub. They charge $151.00 for 288 nappies (walker size) and then $36.00 odd for delivery. Worked out to just over $187.00. I wasnt aware of the delivery charge b4 I ordered and it appeared when the order was completed. I was very
annoyed that delivery wasnt mentioned and think thats a lot.
Dont get me wrong, I agree with the whole not having to shop for nappies idea but is this too much to pay all told.

i bought nappies off line befor and didnt have a problem and am about to order a different brand so :fingerscrossed: all goes well.
i like to wait untill there is a sale and buy up big, the last lot i bought were 88 (4 packs of 22) pf walker size huggies for $28 delivered.
if you look around you can find a really good price pop up here and there
im about to try no-wets, they are a aussie company and i am waiting on my free sample and if they are any good i will be buying them for $54 (106 nappies)...no idea on delivery cost as yet though

busymummy - I did exactly the same thing with the bulkwarehouse and was furious when I saw the delivery charge. VERY dodgy how they add it afterwards. I will never order from them again. I actually thought buying online was supposed to be cheaper, but maybe I am not looking properly. I thought I had found a great service nappyonline.com.au, they were pretty cheap - but WA only!

I bought some off deals direct and was disappointed they were a lower quality and must be made in a Asian country becasue the packaging was all written in an Asian language but majoity of packaging was blue and white so resembled Huggies. I am using them but they don't carry as much liquid as the ones you buy in the super market. I say the best bet is Aldi or wait till a supermarket has them on special and stock up.

I buy regularly in bulk from a warehouse here in Adelaide and they deliver with only a $2.00 handling fee.
My last order yesterday was $120.00 and i got 1 box of large babyloves- 96 in the box, 1 box of newborn babyloves- 144 in the box, 6 packets of wipes, 2 pkts sanitary napkins, 1x 5L handwash and 2 sippy cups.
I also have a multiple birth discount card which allows 5% off when you order in store but atm my car is getting fixed and for the sake of a few $ it's just easier for me to order and pay by credit card online and have them delivered.

I buy our nappies from the a2k website. It's $65 for a 100pk of the Junior (16kgs +) and we find that they are better than the huggies because they are longer. It's also just under $7 delivery for anywhere in australia. They have lots of other stuff for sale on the website - but I'm not sure if you have to be a member or not - pm me if you want any more info and I can find out for you.

We live in Perth and always buy nappies off internet from Nappy Online. Much cheaper than supermarket. Orders are delivered within 2 days. I pay $3.95 for each delivery.
Worth to check it out.
