Sore stomach muscles???

Hello all,
I was just wondering if anyone else feels like their stomach muscles are stretched. When I reach up high for something at work I feel like I pull a stomach muscle and also when I lay in bed in the morning and stretch (without thinking!). Does anyone else get that? Does it get worse or do you learn to live with it? I really can't bear to USE my stomach muscles at all anymore and I'm not really that big!

For the first three months of my first pregnancy, my stomach muscles were really aching. I used to lie in the bath at night, with a pillow, and the shower pounding down on my tummy.

This time i've only had the occasional ache and only recently, i guess my stomach is still streched from last time.

The joys of pregnancy, hey?!

I've been getting lots of ligament stretching pains.. im nearly 15weeks, they ache at times.. i know my stomach has popped out now, i have been feeling bigger latley especially when i wake up in the mornings.. guess its all that stretching.
Try not to reach up too high.. get someone else to do it! haha.. i do get that at times.. think it gets worse as you get bigger not for everyone though.. this is my second bub.

Wow, thank you. I had never heard of it before and thought I might be a FREAK! Har har... OK I am but didn't want to be a bigger one! :biggrin:

It hurts to try and suck in my tummy. Might see how I get into jeans later for a laugh although there's never a need for them in Noosa... TOO HOT RIGHT NOW.

Will try to warm bath thing (but not too warm I know!).

Sometimes i forget & have quite a warm bath with some oils etc.. it would be relaxing except i have DS with me haha
