How much does a circumcision generally cost..

And does anybody know a place in WA that will do it? DS is 2.

hi try circumcision australia .com the older they get the more expensive.i know of a 10yr old this year it was $850 my son was 2months and $550 thats all visits paid. hope that helps? good luck

There is a Dr Leon Levitt that performs circumcisions in Perth. I know for sure he does them for infants but not too sure for a toddler.

He is based at Grantham House Family Medical Practice, 89 Essex Strett Wembley (9387 2000). My obs gave me the details of this doctor.

My husband has enquired and it costs approx $250 for an infant circumcision. Have not used him so cannot give you any details about experience, but you can always call his rooms and get more details, especially about it for your 2 yr old.

I don't know anywhere in WA... but we paid $500 in Qld. $350 each for the twins in 2005... at 4 weeks old, and $500 for Gabriel just a few weeks ago at 3 months old.

The reason I ask about a the purpose is beacause to my knowledge (and I've got 2 two year olds) 2 year olds 'fiddle' a lot... so not sure how he'd go with the healing period....

I'm sure he'd be fine, you'd just have to give him extra baths with some tea tree oil and chamomile in the water to ward of any nasties and keep it healing well.
