Frosting recipie??

Does anyone have a good recipie for frosting?

I need it to cover a square cake and a loaf cake. It needs to be thick enough to use in a piping bag too!

I usually mix a little butter then the rest milk to make mine until i get the consistency i need. Sometimes i cheat and get that betty crockers ready made icing its define!! You can colour it to yor requirments too
