Can I mix frozen EBM into one bottle?

As I can only really express about 50 mls at a time, I was wondering if when preparing a bottle for DD, can I mix 4 lots of 50 mls together or should frozen EBM be had one at a time?

Mix away!! Just never add warm expressed milk to any container that already has cold/frozen milk in it. The best way IMO, it to put each in the fridge separately then add them into aone at the end of the day and then freeze. If they are already frozen - defrost in fridge for 24hrs, then add into the one bottle for bubs.

In the early days with DS (tounge tied premmie) i would express 5-10mL each time, and added them together to freeze.
