I was wondering I have some old lactation cookies that have gone hard, I was wondering what you thought about this... I want to make a cheescake and I thought about crushing the cookies to use as the base??? Do you think that it would work ok....

I'm glad you all think it is a good idea, because I have made the cheese cake and it will be coming with me to a mums and bubs coffee morning...

I hate making stuff for other people, but i really wanted some cheese cake, and it i dont take it out of the house I'll eat the whole thing... Lets just hope 2 things happen, 1 people like it, and 2 the base sticks together... oh and I hope no one is trying to stop b/fing....oppssies boost away in secret...
