o pains

just a quik question ladies, does ovualtion pain usual happen b4 or after ewcm.

im just trying to watch for signs of fertility returning, which could happen now or in 12 months time as im bf 2 kiddies... but last week i had o pains and then the next day i had serious ewcm. so i was thinking that it might be fertility returning.

For me, generally i get a few days of watery mucus, then I have egg white mucus for the 2 days prior, the day of and the day after ovulation. I have ovulation pain on the day i ovulate.

im bf too, and ttc.

Is your period back yet? If you have got your period back, on a regular basis, if you can predict which date your period will turn up next month, and get o pains, and ewcm at the same time, it would be pretty safe to say that you are ovulating again!

At the same rate, i found some good info on fertility friend website that says that if you're breastfeeding, the hormones can play with your cm a bit...giving you patches of fertile cm!

try and have a look online at ovulation prediction websites and the like, you will find heaps of info!!!
