Best time of day for OPK's??

Hi everyone! :wave: I've just started using OPK's the last few days for the first time and have been doing them at around 1:30pm ...... is this too late in the day?? I know im not meant to do them with FMU or too early in the morning, is the time im doing them ok or maybe a little earlier would be better? Thanks for your knowledge ..... :thumbsup: ;)

I was told (which correlates with my OPK testing instruction paper), to do them at around 10am-11am each day.

Early morning is too concentrated and later on is too diluted. Try not to drink too much prior to testing.

Im doing mine at 2pm which I read somewhere on the net was a good time to do it? Hope thats not too late in the day.

Just wondered, if you dont ovulate presumably you will never get two lines??

i heard the 2pm time too, but someone can surge at an altogether different time. so you may surge in the middle of the night, and i may surge at 9am , and then 10 others could surge at 2.30pm.
