Magnesium Capsules

I've got some magnesium capsules from the chemist because they help with muscle spasms, nervous tension and anxiety/stress. Does anyone know if these are safe to take whilst breastfeeding?

I took calcium magnesium after birth for afterpains, and was breastfeeding at the time, and I know many other people who also use that remedy, so I would guess it is fine. If you want total peace of mind however, call a naturopath.

I take these have for about 3 years now solely to make me relax at night. I did advise my doctors and gps if i was pregnant and bf when i got them and they said that they were fine but to advise my gp as normal, should i need surgery etc or dental work etc.
