My 4 month DD insomniac

She has slept 35 minutes today....

35 MINUTES!!!!

Put her down in afternoon she slept 5 minutes...

She is grizzly because she is tired, am at witts end. It is like she doesnt know how to go to sleep, and I dont know how to teach her because she cries hysterically.

Any tips please on how to teach her to elf settle.

I would give her a big feed, keep her up for 1.5hours to 2 hours and then put her in her cot with a comforter that she can get used to. Then leave the room for at least 10 mins - she will protest but as long as she is full, winded and with a clean nappy then you know she isn't crying for a particularly important reason. I fully recommend the book Save our Sleep - the authors tips are amazing. Big hugs to you too!
