Chester Hill, Bankstown Area???

Does anyone live in this area, and can u tell me what it's like to live in as a family e.g. Mum, Dad and Bubby??? Found a really nice townhouse in Chester hill - close to hubby's work but it's not an area I know anything about (we were looking at Penrith)!!!??? Any advice would be appreciated!!!

hi i live in bankstown i think it's a good area but i have only live here for a few yrs the houses are not cheap,but i think it's ok i dunno much about penrith i have'nt lived there

Cool, thanks guys - are there lots of parks around, and things like that??? The train being so close is great, and there is heaps of new development going on too, which is good to see!!!

We live at Milperra, there are heaps of parks all along Henry lawson drive right along the Georges river and 99% of them all have child friendly facilities eg climbing structures for kids etc

I grew up in Bass hill and loved it .... though depends what area of Chester you are going to.
PM me and i'll talk locality if you wish .... CH was a local haunt through my teens .... i know a bit about the area surrounding.
