Guess what happened to me today!!

I got a :bfp: today!! It was so unexpected. I was about 3 days late so figured that I should do a test just to see and it was positive :eek:. Its silly really cos I have a 10 month old DD and AF only can to visit when she was almost 8 months. I hadnt started the pill yet because DH and I were not in any mood to get upto anything but last month something came over me and I pounced. I looked at my cycle and was sure that I had missed ovulation but must not have been too clever and guessed wrong. Im guessing it was the whole hormone thing happening telling me to have more kids.
So now I am due on August 1 and will have 2 under 2! OMG! What am I doing? Im petrified. How will I ever go to the shops again? Its hard enough getting out with one let alone two. I am already so confused as what to do for a pram.
Ive had no pregnancy symptoms yet besides weeing all the time. Im still BF so my boobs havent changed. Im hoping to have no ms like the last pregnancy but hoping not to get GD like the last. Im really pushing not to have a c-section this time to hunting for an OB who will support me.
Anyways thanks for looking. Im sure I'll be nagging you all for answers over the next 18 years.

We found out when DD was 10 months that she was going to be a big sister!

About to embark on a whole new journey and see how a 17 month old and a newborn go together!!

Fun, but scary! Can't wait, DD just got a new toddler bed that she'll wake up to on Xmas day :yelclap:

Scared as all heck as I don't know how she will go with settling and sharing her "space and time"...

Good luck with it all and lets hope it's not too scary introducing new ones into their lives and the transition is as smooth as possible for us all!!

There are now these seat thingys avaialble which go on your pram so you can still use the normal pram but it has two seats instead of one. I've seen it and it goes above the normal seating department so you have the newborn laying down and then have the toddler sitting above the newborn.

It seems to be a pretty good idea!

If you go on the internet or into a baby store near where you live you should be able to find one.

(I hope this makes sense).

Don't stres!!! Things have a way of working out and in the mean while we are all here for you!!

Thanks girls. I think that Ive almost got my head around it. I am pretty scared that because this pregnancy was very unexpected and DH & I had made plans for the next year I was am going to be resentful toward this pregnancy and not enjoy it.

I am so in love with my DD and would hate for her to miss out on spending time with me or DH because of the new baby. She will still be so young and I was planning on being doted just to her for a little while longer.

I am getting a little bit excited. I made my first OB app for when I get back from Canada in the New Year.
