re obstetrician

Hi Guys,

My EDD is 25/12/05, im booked in with Linda Wong hoping to deliver at KEMH is there anyone that has done the same. Would love some feedback and to hear your expereinces.

Hi Pippa,

I delivered with Dr Wong in Nov 2003 but at SJOG (Subi). I'd recommend her to anyone. She's not a "cosy" doctor, she doesn't mother you, but she knows her stuff and I never had any hesitation with her. She has two kids herself, is relatively young and easy to talk to.

She was very busy when I was pregnant and often running late but I suspect that's normal with obs. But even on busy days with long waits I never felt like she was trying to rush through an appt with me. I found it helpful to call her office before each appt - her secretary is very helpful and would suggest delaying a half hour to hour sometimes if Linda was running very late.
